Fun fact of the day.

The AC Cobra, particularly the legendary 427 model, was so powerful that it was once nearly banned from U.S. highways. The 427 Cobra could go from 0 to 100 mph and back to 0 in just over 13 seconds, an astonishing feat at the time, thanks to its lightweight British chassis combined with an American 7.0-liter V8 engine from Ford. Its performance was so intense that it earned the nickname “The Cobra that bit back,” as even seasoned drivers had difficulty handling its power!
